Substrate
Cement plaster, Concrete, block work, gypsum board, rendered surfaces, MDF, plywood etc. Substrate should have sufficient strength to receive the paint.
Any defects in the substrate like surface undulations, cracks, pin holes etc., should be rectified/filled before starting painting.
Highly recommended that this product is applied by a skilled and a professional painter
Application Data
Application equipment/methods
Apply onto small areas by using a spatula, smooth the material to obtain a truly level surfaces.
A gloss can be achieved by rubbing the product with a trowel when wet or dry.
Repeat the same process of application at least three to four times to obtain a very smooth, marble like appearance.
To increase the gloss further and to prevent water absorption and increase washability, one coat of special wax can be applied with cotton wool followed by polishing preferably seven days after application.
The product can be applied by Spatula, Trowel (Made of stainless steel).

Topcoat
Fenomastic Pure Colours Emulsion Matt ( 40% Dilution ) : 2 Coats
Lady Design Stucco Antica : 4 Coats ( 2 Coats with Smooth finish and 2 Coats with desired design )
Drying Times
Drying times are generally related to air circulation, temperature, film thickness and number of coats, and will be affected correspondingly.
Recommended data given is, for recoating with the same generic type of paint. |
In case of multi-coat application, drying times will be influenced by the number and sequence and by the total thickness of previous coats applied. |
The surface should be dry and free from any contamination prior to application of the subsequent coat. |
Surface Preparation
The substrate must be sound, clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease, laitance etc.
All traces of form release agents/curing agents must be removed.
A light sanding with suitable abrasive material is recommended before application.
Any resulting dust/loose particles must be removed.
